Member Reimbursement Information:

Please send all pertinent receipts to the attention of the PTA Treasurer, Kristy Adkins. The PTA keeps a mail box in the school office; any receipts and forms can be dropped off there. Please be aware that it may take up to two weeks to process your request.

Receipts must be turned in within 30 days of incurring expenses, and no later than June 10, 2011. Receipts which are not clearly legible can not be reimbursed, so please ensure that all receipts are legible and all items accountable. Also, National PTA by-laws mandate that receipts contain either the member’s name and/or our school name. We can not accept receipts made out to non-members or other schools.

Committee chairpersons should complete the Event Revenue form for any PTA events, and include the form with money turned into the Treasurer.

HB duPont staff members should use the Teacher’s Reimbursement form to request funding through the Teacher Support Fund. The PTA offers up to $50 per teacher to help with classroom-related expenses. The PTA has traditionally budgeted $1000 for these expenses.
